A channel for artists and cultural workers to ask questions, share resources, and spark discussions. The channel is always available for instant messaging, and special #live-on-slack events are hosted monthly to take a deep dive into new trends and topics in the arts. Office Hours with Nina Ozlu Tunceli
Nina serves as the Chief Counsel of Government & Public Affairs at Americans for the Arts and Executive Director of the Americans for the Arts Action Fund. During office hours, Nina offers guidance to the arts community on navigating the complex web of federal funding opportunities, regulations, and deadlines related to current and upcoming COVID-19 economic federal aid programs.

The Sound Health Network promotes research and public awareness about the impact of music on wellness, and hosts online events and resources centered around music and healing.

In light of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and economic volatility, CultureSource took action as a regional coordinator and connector of arts organizations. To address the needs of the Southeast Michigan arts sector we worked to support members and non-members, emphasizing knowledge sharing and collective support. Though we have come a long way in the fight against this virus, the pandemic is not over and it’s after effects will be felt long after we’ve put away our face masks. CultureSource will continue to support the arts sector’s recovery by sourcing funding opportunities for artists, maintaining our library of resources, and helping organizations plan for digital transformation.
