Individual Artists 2020 Rolling Grant
No longer accepting applications
On behalf of the Cultural Economic Development (CED) Committee, the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation is seeking opportunities to invest funds in new grant programs that are serving communities through arts and culture leading to economic recovery and growth by focusing on three areas: Individual artists, COVID-19 Recovery, and Racial Equity.
CultureSource is partnering with the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation to review the Individual Artists applications and act as our fiduciary. Artists may need to submit a W9 form for tax purposes to CultureSource. CultureSource will issue 1099’s for 2021 tax filings.
Individual Artists in Washtenaw County, who are working on creative ways towards COVID-19 Recovery and/or Racial Equity Work are eligible.
Grant award sizes will generally range from $1,000-$3,500 and have one year to launch and implement the project.
This is a rolling grant, with no set deadline. Applications will be accepted until funds are gone, or by the end of 2020, whichever comes first.
