Become a Member

CultureSource offers an annual membership program with a set of benefits for members of our alliance. Registration is open year-round, and is valid for the duration of the calendar year.


  • 501(c)(3) nonprofits (independent or operating within a large nonprofit institution) or government entities or agencies
  • Located within our seven-county service area: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston, Monroe, and St. Clair
  • Focused on visual, performing, media, or literary arts; arts education or  advocacy; or if your organization is a museum, theater, historic site, or nature/science or preservation center

Renew Your Membership

Pay Annual Dues

For current or lapsed members, you are welcome to pay your annual CultureSource membership dues anytime throughout the year, and we encourage you to renew in the fall of each calendar year to ensure continuous access to your member benefits. We are still offering our Pay What You Can dues option for those who may be experiencing financial challenges.

As a CultureSource member, your entire organization—staff, board, and volunteers—play a crucial part in maintaining a vibrant, multidisciplinary alliance that believes in creating impact through artistic and cultural expression. We are proud to offer our members access to an array of opportunities to help advance their organizations and improve general community well-being through arts and culture. Update Membership Information

We want to make sure you, your staff and board continue to receive our emails, invites and newsletters so please make sure you update the contact information for members of your organization. Let us know of any changes to your staff and board or the organization at large.
