CultureSource is bringing one of the leading national executive search firms, Koya Leadership Partners, to Southeast Michigan this November for a series of workshops, seminars, and dialogues on leadership development, succession planning, and the national arts and culture talent market.

One of those sessions is this inspirational and tactical lunchtime workshop about HR for arts and culture nonprofit hiring managers—that is, anyone responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and managing employees.

Joining Koya in sharing HR trends and best practices is CoStaff services, one of Michigan’s largest professional employer organizations providing full service HR support to nonprofits throughout the country.

Together, Koya and CoStaff offer participants actionable ideas for designing interviews, onboarding procedures, and workplace environments calibrated to the contemporary dynamics of working in the arts and culture sector.
