Attracting new audiences, retaining existing audiences, and staying connected with communities are some of the most difficult work undertaken by artists and arts organizations. Join regional arts service organization Arts Midwest for new insights, tools, and real-time examples that can help you craft new messages and experiences that increase participation and engagement in your organization. Participants walk away with new messaging ideas that you can put into action right away, and the inspiration to get started.

Creating Connection is a national initiative of Arts Midwest, with national funding partners, that aims to change social norms so that creative expression, arts, and culture are embraced as recognized, valued, and expected parts of everyday life.

Multiple attendees from each participating organization are encouraged to attend given cross-department, cross-organization engagement is central to the adoption and stickiness of messaging.

In partnership with the State of Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs.

Please Note: The Arts Alliance is also presenting this seminar in Washtenaw County, October 21. Visit their website for details on attending if that location is more convenient for you.
