Using Visual Thinking to Connect & Collaborate Remotely

Using Visual Thinking to Connect & Collaborate Remotely

DATES: Wednesday, May 20
TIME: 1:00 – 2:00 pm
LOCATION: Zoom Call
COST: Free

Working remotely can be confusing and frustrating, especially for creatives and arts workers who may be accustomed to working collaboratively in person. As we rethink our work in arts and culture, how can we also rethink collaboration when working remotely? Join us for a workshop on visual thinking methods to support remote teams—or to make your remote work more team-oriented in nature.

This workshop will be led by Kelly Murdoch-Kitt, University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design and Denielle Emans, Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar.

Murdoch-Kitt and Emans are co-authors of Intercultural Collaboration by Design: Differences, Distances, and Disciplines through Visual Thinking.
