CREATIVE CAPITAL CURRICULUM

Professional Development for Artists

CultureSource and Creative Capital offer free professional development resources for artists affiliated with our member organizations, fiscally sponsored projects, and CultureSource grantees.

Eligible artists are invited to join an online learning community to access a range of asynchronous courses on professional writing, career documentation, practical administration, self-promotion, and more. The platform also hosts Artist Labs, a space for artists to share their work and receive feedback.

What You’ll Learn

CultureSource and Creative Capital believe that professional education is key to helping artists build sustainable careers. The curriculum combines evergreen elements of artist professional development with contemporary critical frameworks to create cohesive, asynchronous courses, which artists around the world can take free of charge.

  • Professional Writing: Project Proposals + Descriptions
  • Career Documentation: Work Samples + Archiving
