Reporting to the director of programs, the program manager will be responsible for the operational strategy and success of our consulting services and innovation management work:
Program and Services Development: With oversight from, and in collaboration with, senior management and external advisors, the program manager is responsible for stewarding and growing our consulting services, locally and nationally. This includes facilitator recruitment and development, oversight of program design and content development, support of marketing strategy creation and execution, budgeting, identifying business development opportunities, and
program monitoring and evaluation. Additionally, the program manager stewards client relationships as well as vendor and contractor relationships to ensure satisfactory and timely service delivery, and collaborates with the director of finance and administration on contracting, invoicing, and payments.
Program Positioning and Promotion: In collaboration with senior management, our communications team, and external advisors, the program manager devises opportunities for our consulting services to gain visibility—through advertisements, strategic partnerships, public presentations, and community engagement. The program manager also guides the creation and
publication of digital content and print materials that highlight our offerings and impacts, and they ensure there are clear, accessible, and staffed channels of connectivity between prospective clients and CultureSource. Being an articulate advocate about the values and benefits of adaptive leadership, systems thinking, and proactive changemaking is also an expectation of this role.
LearningSource: The program manager is responsible for the implementation, integration, and advancement of our Bloomberg Philanthropies Digital Accelerator project, LearningSource: a learning management system that centralizes our changemaking program content and functions as an asynchronous and revenue-generating learning access point. This work includes strategizing the positioning and accessibility of this resource as well as managing digital tech vendor relationships and overseeing the platform’s technical operation, course administration, and content development, coordinating with internal staff and external advisors.
Managerial Oversight: Provides coaching and mentorship to a specified program coordinator, directly supporting them in their work and professional development.
The program manager may assign duties to others as necessary and may experience changes to their role and responsibilities as the program and organization evolve.


Matt Chung is the Associate Director of Strategic Marketing at CultureSource. With more than a decade of experience, he brings a creative and collaborative approach to storytelling and strategic relationship-building, developing engaging programs and communication initiatives that connect people and organizations.
A passionate advocate for the transformative power of creativity, Matt is deeply committed to serving the arts and culture sector. His professional journey spans roles in program and partnership development, brand strategy, and creating organizational efficiencies to achieve mission-driven results. Additionally, Matt has shared his expertise by teaching at the College for Creative Studies and remains dedicated to continuous learning and mentorship within the arts community.
Recognized for his leadership, Matt was selected as a 2022 Detroit Regional Chamber Mackinac Future Leader and is a graduate of both Leadership Detroit Class XXXIX and the Michigan Arts and Culture Council Rising Leaders program. He holds degrees from the College for Creative Studies and the Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside his professional life, Matt enjoys exploring the Great Lakes State with his husband and their spirited shepherd dog, Jack.
Zlato Fagundes is the Director of Programs at CultureSource supporting the program leads across CultureSources’ portfolio of events, programs, and member resources.
He believes that operational excellence is an adaptive, creative, and iterative process that enables teams to do their best work and organizations meet their strategic objectives.
A former ballet dancer at Carolina Ballet, Zlato brings extensive experience in strategy, operations, program management, marketing, and sales across non-profit, start-ups, and big tech companies. Most recently, he served as a Business Operations Specialist for Google Cloud’s Business Planning & Pricing team.
Zlato holds a B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, cooking, playing basketball, and rooting for his beloved NY Knicks.
Liz Kohlenberg is the Director of Finance and Administration at CultureSource, bringing over 20 years of financial expertise from both the corporate finance and nonprofit sectors. She oversees financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, grant compliance, and audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout the organization.
Liz started her career in corporate finance, where she gained experience in external reporting, treasury, and operations. She transforms complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for staff, board members, and partners. After serving as a consultant for CultureSource, she joined the organization full-time in 2025, demonstrating her strong commitment to its mission.
Driven by ethics, transparency, and service, Liz believes that robust financial stewardship is not just a responsibility but a necessity for supporting CultureSource’s community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
Perry Stella O’Toole is an artist and designer based in Southeast Michigan. She joined CultureSource in 2024 as the Digital Media Coordinator, where she works as part of the Communications team to manage newsletters, mailings, social media, and other communications strategies.
Prior to joining CultureSource, she lived and worked in New York City as a Program Success Advocate at Queensborough Community College. There, she helped students gain access to valuable academic and financial resources by conducting research and enhancing the visibility of various college programs.
Perry Stella earned a BFA in Art and Design from the University of Michigan, where she took classes in graphic design, illustration, painting, photography, and fiber arts, as well as classes in Evolutionary Anthropology. In her free time, she enjoys writing short stories, drawing, cooking, and playing her piano. Perry Stella believes that pursuing several different creative mediums and academic interests leads one to more creative discovery.
While at Michigan State, Audrey led a non-profit student organization, facilitated arts workshops for incarcerated individuals, and founded a vintage clothing business that continues to grow. Audrey has explored various visual and performing arts disciplines, a few of her favorites include stained glass, figure drawing, and woodworking. She believes deeply in the power of the arts to build community, inspire action, and advocate for social justice.
Omari Rush engages the arts as a passion and profession, and in each mode, he enjoys discovery and deepening impacts. As executive director of CultureSource in Detroit, he advances efforts to have creative expression thrive in communities. His complementary civic service ranges from recently completing an appointment to the State of Michigan Arts and Culture Council (serving three governors, two as their council chair) and a term as chair of the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, to currently working as a board member of SeaChange Capital Partners, the Song Foundation, and the Ann Arbor Treeline Conservancy.
Omari earned degrees in music from the University of Michigan and Florida State University and has extended his love for learning by now teaching at the University of Michigan, by completing fellowships with the Salzburg Global Forum and Association of Performing Arts Professionals, and by serving on research advisory committees for the National Endowment for the Arts and the Indiana University O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
A lapsed clarinetist, Omari now primarily plays on a Rivendell Clem-L bicycle, which he rides daily on streets and trails.
Kaleigh Wilder is a baritone saxophonist and improviser based in Detroit, MI. Originally from Northwest Indiana, she completed a B.M. in Saxophone at Ball State University and an M.M. in Improvisation at the University of Michigan. Kaleigh has performed in the US with notable musicians Allison Miller, Ellen Rowe, Ingrid Jensen, Marion Hayden, Regina Carter, Tanya Darby, and Tia Fuller. She’s also performed in Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and France in large jazz ensembles, and as a soloist in Costa Rica and Ghana. Most recently, Kaleigh was awarded a 2022 Kresge Artist Fellowship for Music Performance.
Kaleigh previously worked at Community Music School-Detroit as the Spartan Youth Jazz Program Coordinator, Young People Travel Global Edge as the Assistant Director of Programs, and currently co-directs an annual musical festival in Ann Arbor called Third Place [MusicFest]. She joined CultureSource in July 2022 as the Project Specialist where she offers executive and fundraising support as well as administrative support to CultureSource staff using its comprehensive database.
Goode Wyche III is a visionary arts and culture professional dedicated to serving the community by facilitating the presentation of unsurpassed artistic experiences that engage, delight, entertain, inform, and educate audiences. An artist advocate and collaborator, Goode is dedicated to uplifting artists of all career stages and ensuring their visions are presented with the highest artistic integrity. At CultureSource, Goode manages all programming related to the organization’s recent acquisition of EmcArts, deepening and expanding CultureSource’s work of helping people through the arts ecosystem build adaptive capacities, make change, and innovate iteratively.
A Baritone saxophone specialist, Goode is a stalwart member of the 11-time Detroit Music Award-winning Planet D Nonet and can be seen performing locally at venues like The Dirty Dogg Café, Cliff Bells, and the Blue Llama. Goode earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music and Master of Business Administration degrees from Wayne State University, and he resides in the New Center Neighborhood in Detroit with his wife, Shelby.
