Helping Creative Leaders Grow and Adapt

CultureSource created LearningSource to support artists, arts administrators, and organizations as they build skills, share ideas, and lead change. It’s a tool that strengthens how we deliver learning, connection, and real-world impact across the arts community. Designed to grow with the evolving needs of the arts and culture sector, the platform launches with support from Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Digital Accelerator, which is helping cultural organizations in the US and UK, like CultureSource, use technology to expand their reach and effectiveness.

Key Takeaways
  • One platform, many pathways: LearningSource brings self-paced modules and program materials together in one place, creating a cohesive and intuitive learning experience that replaces scattered links and disconnected resources.

  • Built for our community: Google Classroom wasn’t cutting it, materials were hard to find, and content felt scattered. LearningSource gives participants one easy-to-use space that’s organized, on-brand, and connected to the accounts they already use with us.
  • Ready to scale: While LearningSource began by supporting CultureSource’s adaptive leadership programming, it is now also used with the Bloomberg Arts Internship and is designed to support any CultureSource initiative that benefits from accessible and applied learning.
  • Always evolving: LearningSource is designed to grow with our community, continuously improving and adapting to meet changing needs, technologies, and learning styles so it stays relevant, responsive, and future-ready.
Inside the Platform
  • Blended structure:
LearningSource brings together self-paced lessons, downloadable toolkits, and in-person learning for a flexible experience.
  • Mobile-friendly design:
Participants can learn on the go, revisit materials anytime, and track their progress from any device.
  • Integrated tools:
The platform connects with Zoom and CultureSource’s NeonCRM, so members can easily access programs using their existing accounts.
Who It Serves
What Is LearningSource?
Why It Matters

“LearningSource completely changed how I tackle professional development when I started the Adapting Digital Tech in the Arts cohort. It was user-friendly and made prepping for seminars and reviewing content afterward easy, which is exactly what I needed while juggling multiple projects. What really sparked my growth was exploring beyond the cohort requirements, which inspired new ideas for our organization's workshops and boot camps. What started as an accessible study tool has helped us rethink how we design learning experiences for our creative community.”
